Description

Feed water heater three way valve is designed for high pressure heater operation and isolation/switching. According to the customer’s pipeline, the inlet and outlet can be designed as a three-way valve or the inlet can be designed as a three-way gate, and the outlet can be designed as an angle valve or a gate valve.

Features:
1. The sealing surface is welded by cobalt-based alloy, which has the properties of long service life, friction reduction, wear resistance and tight sealing.n2. Specially designed for peak shaving operations and frequent starts. It avoids material concentration and sudden changes in wall thickness. Also, it withstands pressure evenly. It is beneficial to maintain the concentricity of the entire valve. More importantly, it improves sealing performance and requires less operating force.n3. According to customer requirements, the material of the valve body is forged WCB or cast WB36, which matches the material of the high-pressure water supply pipe, and can be directly welded without transition section.n4. The position of the upper sealing shaft is fixed to ensure that the stroke is inflexible, can be scheduled, and is easy to operate; the steam has a guiding structure with stable opening and closing and minimal wear resistance.n5. The head of the valve stem adopts a disc spring to ensure sufficient preload.n6. The steam is stainless steel, and the parts are surface-hardened.n7. Protects feedwater heater steam jackets against ruptures and leaksn8. Protects turbine extraction from excessive back pressuren9. Allows isolation of feedwater heater bypass without interrupting water circulationn10. Feedwater heater can be bypassed during plant startup and low turbine loadsn11.
