Stainless steel flange check valve storage, maintenance, installation and use

1. The valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and both ends of the valve channel should be blocked.

2. Valves stored for a long time should be checked regularly to remove dirt. Special attention should be paid to the cleaning of the sealing surface to prevent damage to the sealing surface.

3. Before installation, carefully check whether the valve mark conforms to the use requirements.

4. Check the inner cavity and sealing surface of the valve before installation. If there is any dirt, it should be wiped with a cleaning cloth.

5. Before installation, it should be noted that the valve direction mark is consistent with the flow direction of the medium.

6. The lift-type vertical flap check valve should be installed on the vertical pipeline, and the lift-type horizontal flap check valve and the swing check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipeline.

7. Pay attention to whether the valve has abnormal sound and vibration during use. In order to prevent the water hammer effect in the pipeline, pay attention to the fluctuation of the medium pressure in the pipeline.
