Product Introduction

The main function of the bellows-sealed valve gate valve is to prevent any toxic chemicals from leaking into the atmosphere. In the chemical industry, the medium in the pipeline is usually toxic, radioactive and dangerous, so the bellows gate valve is required to ensure the tightness of the pipeline. Bellows Sealed Gate Valves are available in different materials such as 316Ti, 321, C276 or Alloy 625. Body material can be selected from all available materials.

Long cycle life of bellows

Non-rotating stem prevents bellows from twisting.

Two auxiliary stem seals: a) back seat in open position; b) graphite packing.

The seat surface is finished in CoCr alloy, ground and ground.

Bellows sealing material

Bellows sealing materials are mainly 321 and C276, we can produce gate valves with pressure rating from 150 to 1500 pounds, such as 150lb gate valve ~, 800 lb gate valve, 1500 gate valve, etc.

The minimum valve range can be 1/2 inch gate valve, of course, you can also use mm, such as 25mm gate valve, 50 mm gate valve, etc.

321 material is commonly used in the following media: hydrogen, steam, acid service, heat transfer fluids, ethylene oxide.

C-276 material is usually used in the following media: supersulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, chlorine.
