Description
Forged steel check valve refers to the valve that automatically opens and closes the valve flap by relying on the flow of the medium itself to prevent the backflow of the medium. The check valve is an automatic valve whose main function is to prevent the backflow of the medium and the discharge of the medium in the container.

1. The upper cavity guide sleeve of the hard alloy valve body is made of stainless steel to ensure the flexible action of the valve disc;n2. The sealing surface of valve disc and valve seat is made of cobalt-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding with high hardness, erosion resistance and durability;n3. Pressure sealing design and high-purity graphite gasket ring to ensure high air tightness;n4. The middle cavity of the valve adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure, the higher the inner cavity pressure, the better the sealing performance;n5. The valve disc rotates around the pin shaft outside the valve seat to reduce the violent impact when closing.n6. Products are designed, manufactured and accepted in strict accordance with Chinese GB, HG standards and American API standards.n7. Abide by the contract, to ensure timely supply.n8. For special or complex products, our company arranges technicians to train and guide users in product use, troubleshooting, debugging and maintenance.n9. During the use of the product, our company will regularly organize technical and quality inspection personnel to visit, and ask users for feedback on product quality, use status, improvement opinions, etc., in order to further improve product quality.n10. Respond quickly to user complaints about quality problems, and after-sales service personnel will rush to the scene within 24-36 hours (48 hours outside the province).n11.
