10 inch check valve also called as 10 inch non return valve or dn250 check valve, prevent backflow in piping systems, these mechanisms ensure that the valve closes when the flow of fluid through the pipe is reversed. Features

The check valve protects the mechanical components in the piping system as the reverse flow of the fluid ceases. A check valve prevents primary backflow in the event of a pipe rupture. The mechanism also reduces wasted energy consumption by preventing backflow to lower pressures. Check valves have excellent hydrodynamic properties. Application

The valve body structure of the straight-through lift check valve adopts the valve body of the globe valve, and the valve disc moves up and down along the line in the channel. Straight-through lift check valves can generally only be installed in horizontal pipelines, while vertical lift check valves are generally installed in vertical pipelines. The products are widely used in pipelines of various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and electric power industries.

What are the requirements for the selection of 10 inch check valve

1. In order to prevent the backflow of the medium, check valves should be installed on the equipment, devices and pipelines;

2. The check valve is generally suitable for clean medium, not suitable for medium containing solid particles and high viscosity;

3. Generally, horizontal lift check valves should be used on horizontal pipes with a nominal diameter of 50mm;

4. Straight-through lift check valve can only be installed in horizontal pipelines;

5. For the pump inlet pipeline, the bottom valve should be selected. The bottom valve is generally only installed on the vertical pipeline of the pump inlet, and the medium flows from bottom to top;
