Product Introduction

Angle type control valve is designed for severe service applications involving abrasive media, high pressure drops, and erosive conditions. The 90-degree angle body design allows the fluid to self-drain, reduces erosion by keeping solids away from the body walls, and provides a natural path for high-velocity fluids.

XURI angle control valves are engineered for the coal chemical, mining, and refinery industries where standard globe control valves cannot survive due to erosion, cavitation, or plugging. The angle body eliminates stagnant flow areas and reduces erosion velocity at the seat area.

Available with hardened trim materials including Stellite, tungsten carbide, and ceramic coatings, our angle control valves provide superior wear resistance in black water, slurry, and catalyst services. Multi-stage anti-cavitation trim options are available for high-pressure-drop applications.

The valve can be equipped with pneumatic diaphragm actuators, piston actuators, or electric actuators with positioners for precise flow control. Flanged or butt weld end connections available per ASME B16.5 or B16.25.
