Characteristics of stainless steel globe valve

(1) The structure is simpler than the gate valve, and the manufacture and maintenance are convenient.
(2) The sealing surface is not easy to wear and scratch, and has good sealing performance. When opening and closing, there is no relative sliding between the valve and the sealing surface of the valve body, so the wear and tear are not serious, the sealing performance is good, and the service life is long.
(3) When opening and closing, the stroke of the valve is small, so the height of the stop valve is smaller than that of the gate valve, but the structural length is longer than that of the gate valve.
(4) The opening and closing torque is large, the opening and closing is laborious, and the opening and closing time is long.
(5) Due to the twists and turns of the medium channel in the valve body, the fluid resistance is large, the power consumption is large, and the fluid resistance is large.
(6) The medium flow direction of nominal pressure PN ≤ 16MPa generally adopts downstream, and the medium flows downward from the valve; the nominal pressure PN ≥ 20MPa generally adopts countercurrent, and the medium flows downward from the valve. Increase the sealing capacity. When in use, the shut-off valve medium can only flow in one direction, and the flow direction cannot be changed.
(7) The disc is often eroded when it is fully opened.
