What is a three-way control valve?
Three-way valves can be used individually to open or close channels, or to regulate and precisely control process flow and temperature. Compared to two-way valves, it is the most cost-effective option for diverting and mixing applications.
These valves operate using an actuator that moves the valve plug up and down; this plug opens and closes the valve’s ports to help change the pressure and flow of fluid through it.
Three way control valve information working principle:
In constant flow applications, the two-way port of the 3-way control valve allows water to bypass the coil or load by mixing or diverting. Actuators are used to force valves to open and close different ports to redirect pressure and flow. Mixing applications have two inlets and one outlet, while split applications move water through one inlet and two outlets. For split or mixing applications, a three-way valve is a more cost-effective control option than using multiple two-way valves.

Three way control valve Applications:
It is installed on the inlet water supply pipeline of the high-pressure heater of 100MW, 200MW, 300MW, 600MW and 1000MW units to be used together with the outlet valve. When the high-pressure heater has an accident and the water level exceeds the allowable water level, the water supply is urgently switched to the bypass, and the high-pressure heater is safely resolved. Column, play the role of protecting the high pressure heater.
