Wide range of stainless steel ball valves
Stainless steel ball valves are widely used in petroleum refining, long-distance pipelines, chemical industry, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, water conservancy, electric power, municipal administration, steel and other industries, and occupy an insignificant position in the national economy. It has the action of rotating 90 degrees, the cock body is a sphere, and a circular through hole or channel passes through its axis. Stainless steel ball valves are mainly used to block, distribute and change the flow direction of media in pipelines. Stainless steel ball valves can be closed tightly only by rotating 90 degrees and a small rolling torque. Ball valves are suitable for on-off and shut-off valves.
Stainless steel ball valves are mainly used in pipelines to block, distribute and change the flow direction of media. Stainless steel ball valve is a new type of valve that is widely used.
Stainless steel ball valves can be divided into straight-through type, three-way type and right-angle type according to the channel position. The three-way stainless steel ball valve has T type and L type. The T shape can make the three orthogonal pipelines communicate with each other and cut off the third channel, so as to play the role of diversion and confluence. The L type can only connect two pipelines that are orthogonal to each other, and cannot maintain the interconnection of the third pipeline at the same time, and only plays a distribution role.
The stainless steel ball valve only needs to be operated by rotating 90 degrees and a small rolling torque to seal tightly. The completely equal inner cavity of the valve provides a straight-through flow channel with little resistance for the medium. The main feature of the ball valve is its compact structure, easy to operate and repair. Stainless steel ball valves can be used to control the activities of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal and radioactive media. The ball valve body can be integral or combined.
In order to ensure the tightness of the stainless steel ball valve when the working pressure of the medium is low, a certain preload ratio must be formed between the ball and the sealing seat. In the rigid sealing seat, the reliability and service life of the stainless steel ball valve work; it depends on the correct selection of the pre-tightening amount of the sealing seat. Insufficient pre-shrinkage can not ensure the low-pressure tightness of the ball valve: too much pre-shrinkage will increase the friction moment between the ball and the sealing seat, affecting the action performance of the stainless steel ball valve; and may cause plastic deformation of the sealing seat, resulting in seal failure .
