The structure of forged steel check valve
1. When the medium flows in the specified direction, the valve disc is opened by the force of the medium; when the medium flows backward, due to the self-weight of the valve disc and the action of the reverse force of the medium, the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat are tightly sealed. Closed together to achieve the purpose of preventing the reverse flow of the medium.
2. The sealing surface of the valve body and disc is made of stainless steel surfacing.
3. The structural length of the forged steel check valve is in accordance with the provisions of GB12221-1989, and the dimension of the flange connection is in accordance with the provisions of JB/T79-1994.
Forged steel valves often ignore the problem of grease injection. After the grease gun is refueled, the operator selects the valve and the grease connection method, and then performs the grease injection operation. There are two situations in the forged steel gate valve: on the one hand, the amount of grease injected is insufficient, and the sealing surface wears faster due to lack of lubricant. On the other hand, excessive fat injection causes waste. The reason is that there is no accurate calculation of different valve sealing capacities according to the valve type category. The sealing capacity can be calculated based on the valve size and category, and then a reasonable amount of grease can be injected.
