Read the principle of high plus three-way valve and typical troubleshooting
Three-way valve is an important component of high pressure heater protection system. When the water level in the high pressure heater exceeds the three high value(generally caused by the rupture of the high tube system), the three-way valve will operate quickly, close the high pressure main road, isolate the high pressure heater and switch the bypass water into the boiler, so as to prevent the rapid rise of the high-steam side from causing the serious cylinder water inlet accident. The following figures the system diagram of high-plus three-way valve, which is composed of high-plus water inlet three-way valve, outlet three-way valve, pneumatic quick-off valve and high-plus water injection manual valve.
The structure of the high-plus three-way valve is slightly different, but the principle basically similar.
High plus bypass cut to the main road: the feed pump is running normally, the high plus is in the bypass running state, when the feed water bypass to cut the main road close the pneumatic quick closing valve, open the first and second valves of high water injection, continuously inject water to the high body, add the lower pressure of the valve disc of the triple valve gradually increases with the high filling water, the water pressure of the piston chamber inside the valve chamber continues to rise, another two forces stack upward, push the valve core to move up, open the main road.and close the bypass. When the high adding failure occurs: the liquid level decimeter that the liquid level three high automatically opens the quick closing valve.and the water in the piston chamber quickly discharges the pressure through the quick closing valve. The upper chamber is always entered by water through the needle valve, and the piston pushes the disc downward under the action of the upland lower pressure difference. Quickly close the high plus the main road, while open the bypass, high plus the solution column.
Common problem handling 1. Quickly close the valve leakage, resulting in the failure of the main road of high cutting, you should check whether there is water flow out other non-pressure water tank. Due to the high water supply temperature, you can also use the point temperature gun to check whether there is leakage in this section of the pipe. 2. After water injection, it cannot be cut to the main road, and the outlet pressure to the pump should not be reached (generally more than 5MPa) or the air of the main road is not exhausted. 3. lf the three-way valve is not in place, check whether the hand wheel of the three-way valve is not pulled to the top. lf the hand wheel moves down too much, it will limit the rising height of the valve core stem, and the valve can not be opened to the full opening position.
