Beginners of gate valves always mistakenly think that the faucet is a rubber gate valve. In fact, it is not, the faucet should belong to the series of sanitary ware products in the strict sense. Gate valves are divided into gate valves, globe valves, butterfly valves, high pressure valves, low pressure valves, fluorine-lined valves, safety valves, pressure relief valves, anti-corrosion valves, filter devices, check valves, pressure reducing valves, overflow valves, ceramic valves, medium Pressure valve, high temperature valve, low temperature valve, etc.
According to power points
1. Automatic gate valve
A gate valve that operates by the force of the medium itself. Such as check valves, pressure reducing valves, steam traps, safety valves, etc.
2. Drive gate valve
A gate valve that relies on external forces such as manpower, electricity, hydraulic power, and air force for operation. Such as globe valves, throttle valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, etc.
According to structural characteristics
1. Cut-off shape: the closing part moves along the center line of the valve seat.
2. Gate shape: the closing part moves along the center line of the vertical valve seat.
3. Cock shape: The shut-off part is a plunger or a ball, which rotates around its own center line.
4. Swing shape: the closing part rotates around an axis outside the valve seat.
5. Disc shape: The shut-off part is a disc that rotates around the shaft in the valve seat.
6. Slide valve shape: the shut-off part rolls at the angle of the vertical inlet.
