Soft seal gate valve repair and maintenance

1. When using a soft-sealed gate valve, the gate should be fully opened and closed, and a part of it is not allowed to be opened as a relief valve to adjust the total flow. Otherwise, corrosion of the material will easily lead to surface damage.
2. The auxiliary filter, pressure regulating valve and lubricator of the gate valve pneumatic valve should be checked frequently. If necessary, a small amount of grease should be injected into the cylinder cavity in time.
3. During the use of the gate valve, regular maintenance and maintenance should be carried out according to its posture.
4. When the air circuit of the gate valve fails, the pneumatic type should be changed to the manual type immediately. When replacing, first pull the replacement rocker out of the positioning pin, turn the rocker in the opposite direction, and then rotate the handle properly. After rocking the lever in time, the gate valve can be operated manually. When changing the soft seal gate valve from manual to pneumatic, the rocker is rotated clockwise for calibration. In actual operation, we must pay attention to the pneumatic and manual types, and do not confuse them. It is very important that the pneumatic type cannot be used when the joystick is changed to the manual position.
